These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the5th.consulting and our programs, including Fast Forward, The Collective, and The5th AI (the "Services"), operated by The5th Consulting ("we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:
All content, materials, frameworks, curricula, and software within the Services, including the 10K Roadmap method, Fast Forward, The Collective, and The5th AI, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Program materials are provided for your individual use and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
Enrolment in a program may be by application and/or checkout through our third-party providers. Prices are as stated at the time of purchase. By enrolling you authorise the applicable charges. The specific terms of each program, including any performance guarantee, deliverables, and refund conditions, are governed by the separate Client Enrollment Agreement you sign and by our Refund Policy, which prevail over any general statements on the website.
Any guarantee we offer (for example, the Fast Forward $10K guarantee) is defined solely in the signed Client Enrollment Agreement and is conditional on your full participation and completion of the program. Results vary by individual. Please review our Earnings & Results Disclaimer.
The Services provide education, coaching, and tools only. They do not constitute financial, legal, tax, investment, medical, or professional advice. You are responsible for your own business and financial decisions and should consult qualified professionals.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the relevant Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.
The Services may rely on or link to third-party tools (such as payment, scheduling, and hosting providers). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at The5th Consulting's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer-protection law in your place of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
