This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to residents of California. It describes the rights you have under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the "CCPA"), and how to exercise them with The5th Consulting ("we", "us", or "our").
Terms not defined here have the meaning given in our Privacy Policy. If there is any conflict between this notice and the Privacy Policy on matters of California privacy rights, this notice controls for California residents.
In the past twelve months, we have collected the following categories of personal information from California consumers. We collect this information directly from you, automatically as you use our site, and from service providers acting on our behalf.

We use the categories above for the business purposes described in our Privacy Policy, including to provide and deliver our programs, process payments and enrolments, communicate with you, send marketing where permitted, improve and secure our Services, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information for money. However, our site uses third-party advertising and analytics technologies (for example, through cookies) that may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CCPA. You can opt out of these technologies at any time.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

We will verify your identity before responding, typically by confirming information we already hold about you. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf; we may require proof of the agent's authorization and verification of your identity.
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request certain information about our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing.
We may update this notice from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
