This Privacy Policy explains how The5th Consulting ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you visit the5th.consulting or enrol in our programs, including Fast Forward, The Collective, and The5th AI (collectively, the "Services").

By using our Services, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

• Identity and contact details, name, email address, phone number, and similar information you give us when you apply, enrol, book a call, or contact us.
• Application and onboarding information, responses you submit when applying to a program or completing onboarding.
• Payment information, billing details processed by our third-party payment providers. We do not store full card numbers ourselves.
• Content you submit, messages, documents, and prompts or inputs you provide to our coaches or to The5th AI.

Information collected automatically

• Usage and device data, IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referring URLs, and interactions, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see our Data & Cookies Policy).

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and deliver our programs and the Services;
• To process payments, enrolments, and bookings;
• To communicate with you, including support, scheduling, and service updates;
• To send marketing or educational content, where permitted, you may opt out at any time;
• To improve, personalise, and secure our Services;
• To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

3. Legal Bases (EEA / UK Users)

Where applicable law requires, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract with you; your consent; our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Services; and compliance with legal obligations.

• Service providers that operate the Services on our behalf, for example, payment processing, scheduling and booking, email delivery, website hosting, analytics, and AI infrastructure. These providers may only use your data to perform services for us.

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
