Welcome to The5th Consulting (“Website”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing this website or purchasing/using any product, training, dashboard, or community service offered by Indrodip Ghosh / The5th Consulting, you agree to the Terms & Conditions below.
If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase any service.
1. What These Terms Cover
These Terms apply to everything offered by The5th Consulting, including:
Coaching / consulting services
Digital products, templates, trainings
10K Roadmap Community membership
Weekly calls, replays, resources
Performance Tracking Dashboard
Emails, downloads, and free resources
2. Eligibility
By using the website or purchasing, you confirm:
You are 18+ years old
You can legally enter into agreements
The information you provide is accurate
3. Payments & Billing
When you purchase a product/service:
You agree to pay the listed price at checkout
You authorize charges through our payment processor
If you choose a monthly plan, you authorize recurring billing until you cancel
If payment fails, your access may be paused until payment is completed.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products and community access:
All purchases are final
No refunds on 1:1 or Group Coaching (only applicable to the founding members of the 10K Roadmap Community)
Billing errors (duplicate charge, technical mistake) will be reviewed and corrected if valid.
5. Access & Membership
When you join:
You receive access to the platform, learning materials, recordings, and community
You agree not to share login access or distribute paid resources
You are responsible for account security
We may revoke access if we detect misuse or violations.
6. Results Disclaimer
We do not promise specific results.
We do not guarantee:
income or revenue outcomes
client acquisition
business growth speed
conversion or performance benchmarks
Your results depend on your effort, execution, consistency, and market conditions.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials are owned by The5th Consulting, including:
* recordings / replays
* templates and frameworks
* dashboards, trackers, and tools
* written content and training materials
You may not:
* resell or redistribute materials
* upload content publicly
* share recordings or paid resources with non-members
* Violation may result in termination without refund.
8. Community Behavior Rules
This is a private community. You agree not to:
disrespect, harass, or attack members
spam or pitch members without consent
share private community information externally
post inappropriate or harmful content
We reserve the right to remove content or terminate access to protect the community.
9. Platform Downtime / Technical Issues
We aim to keep everything stable, but downtime may occur due to:
maintenance
hosting/provider issues
software updates
technical glitches
We are not liable for temporary disruptions, but we will work to restore access as quickly as possible.
10. Third-Party Tools
We may use third-party tools such as:
Zoom
payment gateways
email tools
community hosting platforms
We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by third-party platforms.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The5th Consulting is not responsible for:
loss of profit
business interruption
missed opportunities
indirect or consequential damages
You use our services at your own risk.
12. Termination
We may restrict or terminate your access if:
these Terms are violated
fraud / misuse is detected
community rules are broken
you attempt to copy or distribute paid material
Termination may occur without notice and without refund.
