Refund Policy

EFFECTIVE DAY 21 AUGUST 2025

At The5th Consulting, we take integrity seriously — and we also expect the same level of seriousness from our members.

Because our programs are execution-based (not passive consumption), refunds are only offered under strict conditions.

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

1) Refunds Apply Only to Founding Members

Refund eligibility applies only to the Founding Members of the $10K Roadmap Community.

If you are not a Founding Member, this refund policy does not apply.

2) Refund Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund request, you must clearly prove that you fully participated and executed.

Refund requests will only be considered if all the conditions below are met:

A) Regular Call Attendance

You must have attended the community calls consistently, including:

weekly community calls

implementation/coaching sessions (where applicable)

Simply joining the community without showing up live does not count.

B) Performance Dashboard Proof (Minimum 36 Weeks)

Your performance tracking dashboard must show:

36 weeks of data or more

consistent activity tracking (posting, outreach, follow-ups, etc.)

proof that you actively applied what was taught

If your dashboard is incomplete, empty, or irregular — the refund will not be approved.

C) “Proof of Execution”

Your request must include proof that you tried, such as:

posts or drafts shared inside the community

outreach logs / messages / conversations

offer iterations

active feedback submissions inside the community

This program rewards execution. Refunds are not given for “I didn’t get results” if you didn’t do the work.

3) What Refunds Are NOT For

Refunds will not be granted due to:

lack of time

personal life changes

not showing up to calls

failure to complete tasks/homework

not using the dashboard consistently

dissatisfaction based on personal expectations

simply changing your mind after purchase

4) No Refunds for 1:1 or Group Coaching

All purchases for:

1:1 coaching

private consulting

group coaching programs

are strictly non-refundable.

Once payment is made, no refund requests will be entertained for these services.

5) How to Request a Refund

If you meet the requirements above, you may submit a refund request by emailing:

Include:

your full name

the email used for purchase/community access

proof of call attendance

proof of 36+ weeks dashboard tracking

proof of execution / participation

Requests without proof will be automatically rejected.

6) Refund Review Timeline

Refund requests will be reviewed within 7–14 business days.

If approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method.

7) Final Notes

This refund policy exists to protect the integrity of the community.

This is not a “buy, consume, refund” program.
It is a
build, execute, improve, repeat program.

If you show up, do the work, and still feel it didn’t deliver — we’ll review your request fairly.
